Hello everyone.  I have been very neglectful of this little blog.  I run in so many directions, I don’t make myself stop long enough to update.

This year has been off and running.  Blessed to be working on several new design sets available at MyGrafico, and developing, hosting and designing an autism website, party planning website and frugal living/couponing website.  I can’t wait to share these with you soon.

One of the coolest, easiest things I’ve found lately to earn money from doing nothing different in my day is something called Swagbucks.  Check out the link below (picture link).I must confess that I am ALWAYS skeptical of any “earn points or money” opportunities.  99% of the time, they are only to get you to sign up for something and are a scam.

I’ve been hearing about this site over and over with rave reviews, so after hearing nothing negative, and true reports, I decided to check it out.

You go on the website, sign up and you can install an optional (spyware free) toolbar.  Basically, you search the web just like you usually would, but you do it from a swagbucks search engine instead of google and yahoo.  Every now and then, you will be awarded “Swagbucks”.  These accumulate in your swagbucks account and you can redeem them for prizes and gift cards.  You can use a buck or two to enter into a sweepstakes drawing for big items (I don’t do these because I am not a gambler).  But, you can also redeem for giftcards.  An Amazon.com $5 gift card costs 45 swag bucks and with “normal” searching frequency for me, that gets me one about every two weeks.  So, I have earned about $20 in Amazon gift cards so far.  Not a ton of money, I confess, but it is legitimate, my Amazon.com account did get credited and I am going to save mine all year and use them for Christmas.  You can buy from Toys R Us and use your Amazon.com account, so this will be wonderful.  You can also get big prizes too, such as ipods and even itune downloads, but you have to accumlate alot for these and as soon as I get enough for my little $5 certificate, I cash mine out.  Like I said, I’m not a gambler.  I like a sure thing.  So, click on the picture above and it will take you there.  Check it out.  It is fun to “win” points and I have not had anything negative happen from using the site.  I get to earn while I work and play.  :0)
